  1. 1 Cook quinoa in water for 15 minutes. Drain and fluff.
  2. 2 Trim asparagus and grill or roast at 200°C for 10 minutes.
  3. 3 Slice spring onions.
  4. 4 Toast pine nuts in a dry pan until golden.
  5. 5 Combine quinoa, asparagus and spring onions.
  6. 6 Top with pine nuts and lemon juice.
