Grains & Cereals Flour 🇺🇸 USDA FDC 2025
✦ Gluten-free with ~10g protein ✦ Iron, magnesium, and phosphorus ✦ Polyphenol antioxidants ✦ Mild versatile flavour

Sorghum flour is ground from whole sorghum grain — the world's fifth-largest cereal crop and a staple across Africa and Asia. It is naturally gluten-free, high in protein (around 10g/100g), and provides iron, magnesium, phosphorus, B vitamins, and a range of polyphenols with antioxidant activity. Its mild flavour makes it one of the most versatile gluten-free baking flours.
